Dear friends,
After four years of rigorous research and investigations, I am proud to announce that the screenplay for the Billich biopic movie ‘My Way’ is now ready.
During the process of my research, I discovered reprehensible acts and wrongdoings committed against Charles Billich including the now infamous art heist that has been covered up for the better part of two decades (as published by The Australian newspaper). This has been a huge burden that Charles Billich has carried on his shoulders and part of the greater truth that the master artist has been wanting to tell since he witnessed heinous crimes against humanity as a young boy over three quarters of a century ago. The more I learnt of his suffering, the more responsible I felt in investigating his life story more thoroughly. Until my dedicated involvement, Charles Billich had all but given up hope in exposing the truth and ever finding justice. My investigations were fraught with dangers and responsibilities and the pressure was intense, but I always felt strong about this project and I didn’t want to just buckle, but rather dig deep to expose the real story. I walked into this expecting to spend a great amount of time on research and in the process, I also managed to produce and direct the feature documentary about Billich called Billich: Beyond The Canvas all whilst developing the script for this biopic. During these gruelling investigations, I managed to discover many hidden truths that we later exposed publicly and Charles Billich now finally feels vindicated. After my initial discovery of wrongdoings relating to the art heist, Billich has been urging me to include my investigations into the screenplay adaption of his real-life story and I have since been re-drafting the original script with my team to include the major breakthrough and the subsequent developments. This epic project now has a fourth dimension to it and we are all very excited and enthusiastic to tell the Billich story. Although we have been putting out subtle feelers over the years to attract interest in this forthcoming movie project, I wanted to wait for the right time before formally seeking partners, investors and you’re your support. We are now ready to involve you in this project and we welcome your potential support and involvement. I now know the legend that is Billich and his legacy back to front, I know his story inside and out and I now seek your involvement to join me in sharing this epic saga about Billich to the rest of the world. A riveting story that needs to be told!
