Please Join us for an elegant evening to raise awareness and funds for a great cause.
Breast cancer survivor, Josephine Petrak, will host Say NO to Cancer, an evening of art and entertainment with Charles and Christa Billich at the Billich Gallery on 22 September 2018.
Showcasing the work of globally renowned artist Charles Billich, Say NO to Cancer is set to be an evening filled with exceptional art, live entertainment, prominent guest speakers and delicious canapes. Funds raised from the event will go towards Cancer Council’s world-class cancer research, prevention, advocacy and support programs.
From the Vatican Museum to the White House, the Olympic Museum in Lausanne to His Majesty King George V Tupou Palace in Tonga, Charles Billich has an eclectic and ubiquitous following. There will be 15 beautiful Charles Billich prints on sale kindly donated by the Billich Gallery with 100 percent of sales donated to Cancer Council. There will also be an auction of one of his exclusive pieces, with a percentage of proceeds to be donated as well.
Say No to Cancer will also feature singer Eloisa Cullington, guitarist Dave Smith, MC Will Stewart with guest speakers including Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon Dr Pouria Moradi, and Charles Billich himself.
"I am honoured to host this event to help raise awareness and to raise funds to support cancer research and provide vital services for Australians living with cancer,” says Josephine.
Every year in NSW alone, more than 48,000 new cases of cancer are expected to be diagnosed. The money raised from this event will fund Cancer Council’s world-class cancer research, prevention, advocacy and support programs.
