Melbourne, as the home of both horse racing and car racing, is a permanent inspiration. This is evident in my work, much of it amalgamating the two.
My equine grace frequently links with formulaic aggressions in unlikely choreographies and passionate organic-mechanistic dances.
Much of my formation was shaped in Melbourne, particularly at the National Gallery of Victoria’s Art School.
My thought grew in Melbourne, where I investigated the depths of surrealist hypothesac which are mirrored by some of my most recent metaphysical onyric visions.
